The fabulous little girl was surrendered to a local animal control shelter. The folks who surrendered her apparently had no interest whatsoever in her. They couldn't even be bothered to give her a name and she was surrendered simply at Dog. We just can't imagine how this could even be true! She is PRECIOUS!!
